One of the most entertaining bits on ESPN?s College GameDay is when the celebrity guest picker joins the show.
Some of the best appearances have come from LeBron James, Will Ferrell, Lolo Jones, and of course no one will ever forget Ryan Lochte?s bonehead moment in 2012.
This season we could see two of the most famous guests in the show?s history: President Barack Obama and Tiger Woods.
In an interview with SI.com?s Richard Deitsch, ESPN?Senior Coordinating Producer Lee Fitting said that representatives from the White House and Woods have reached out about joining Chris Fowler, Kirk Herbstreit, Desmond Howard and Lee Corso for a game this fall.
?The President has expressed interest and as crazy as it sounds, he might come whenever he can fit in,? said Fitting, who has produced GameDay for the last 10 years. ?It sounds crazy to even talk about, I know. Tiger has also expressed interest and we have talked to his agent, Mark Steinberg. He just has to work it into his schedule. We are talking about going to Stanford for it.?
An early prediction as to which game Obama attends? Alabama at Texas A&M on Sept. 14.
