Camila K. (136) | Sunday February 19, 2012, 12:40 pm told you I loved and believed in him! Go Obama!!!! This country was founded on religious freedom, we must never forget this. Christopher Fowler (57) | Sunday February 19, 2012, 1:56 pm Now everybody pay close attention and I will clarify the fallacy that the far wrong republichristians miss completely; "Sen. Mitch McConnell, R-KY, says: This is about freedom of religion. It`s right there in the first amendment. You can?t miss it, right there in the very First Amendment to our Constitution. And the government doesn?t get to decide for religious people what their religious beliefs are. They get to decide that." So, to clarify; the idiots like McConnell seems to believe that people should ALL kowtow to Christian rule, even though we are not all (nor do we wish to be) Christian, instead of being free from the ravages of religious rule........by ANY ONE RELIGION.

Michael T. (7) | Sunday February 19, 2012, 4:04 pm Right Chris, It is another of the recent last gasps by right wing religionists clad as Republicans to hold on to a rigid idea of their status quo as a white male christian patriarchy and hegemony. Fred Krohn (21) | Sunday February 19, 2012, 5:18 pm This is so reminiscent of Rammstein's song 'Haifisch'. The Dummycrats were forced to back off so they made the point of contention an individual option vice a mandate. Hopefully we can do that to the entire Obamacare package and end up shovelling it into oblivion. The Patient Perversion and Un-affordable Care Act needs to die. Roseann D. (144) | Sunday February 19, 2012, 7:12 pm What exactly is Christian about the right??? Not their actions, not their words, not their hatred and intolerance, not their lies, not their corruption, not their obsessive greed. They are about as Anti-Christ-ian as you can get. Atheists and Buddhists lead a far more Cheistian lifestyle than the neo-Con GOP. Your report has been submitted to Customer Service. Thank you. There was a problem submitting your report. Kit B. (267) | Sunday February 19, 2012, 7:21 pm As I told someone on the poll about ID being taught in schools. The reason Jefferson included in his letter to the Danbury Baptists "...a WALL of separation of church and state..." was to make very clear the point in the first amendment. Health care and religion are separate issues and in fact, this particular issue was first discussed in Congress by the republicans. Then again, it is an election year and they are going to try to make hay in a corn field. Republicans do seem to forget that majority of voters are women.
