People search engine Pipl scours the deep web to find as much personal information as possible on any person, then groups that information into a single identity you can scour for information.
We've mentioned Pipl before, but it's just updated with a new tool that organizes your results into identities, aiming to make the service more useful for common names. (Keep in mind, though, that you can also search by email, username, or phone number.)
Many of us publish enough things publicly these days that the easiest way to find someone's contact info involves a quick Google search or Facebook friending, but if you're not having any luck or you're just looking to dig a little deeper, one quick search on Pipl can give you an age, career, online handles, address (and former addresses), and relationships. It's not magic (results varied depending on the person I was searching), but when it worked well, it seemed to work really well.
