Emotional Freedom Techniques observe sequence of happenings during the method. It starts with tapping the meridian points while saying the affirmation statement out loud. Then, the acupuncture points are tapped while you are stating the bad behavior or problem that you desire to eliminate. The meridian points are the eye brow, side of the eye, under the eye, under the nose, chin collarbone, underneath the arm and above the head.
