The flavor will be magnificent, the fiber will fill you up, the veggies are good for you, and the whole thing low in calories. Imagine yourself a Greek goddess as you make this Greek salad. The key to this salad is to spread the ingredients with the strongest flavors throughout the dish, making it possible to use less of them. Slice up three kalamata olives and a half clove of fresh garlic (finely). Mix with a tablespoon of olive oil and a tablespoon of vinegar, just enough to dress your salad. Fill your bowl with any low cal veggies you like ? tomatoes, greens, celery, peppers, carrots ? and drizzle this amazingly good and potent dressing over them. Top it off with freshly ground black pepper and a teensy sprinkling of grated cheese.
